This picture post will take you sporadically (but chronologically nonetheless) from Banyuls-sur-Mer on the Mediterranean coast to Sentein in the mid-Pyrenees, exhibiting an inadequate selection of stillframes from our 5 week hike in the mountains of Southern France this past summer.
During the first week (the first ten pictures) we were accompanied by our parents, after that we were 'left to our lonesome' with thousands of cows, horses, sheep and goats to show us the way.
We made it about half way through the Pyrenees to the Atlantic and look forward to finishing the rest of the hike at some point in the future.
Hopefully these pictures without context or story behind them leave you with some impressions of our trip nevertheless.
